Bill Payment Options

Your utility bill will include a return envelope which you can use to mail your payment to the Utility Billing Office.  Please do not staple your check to the provided remittance stub or mail cash.

Walk-in payments can be made in person at the Utility Billing Office. The Utility Billing Office is located at the north end of the Corsicana Government Center.  For added convenience, we have a drive thru window which is available during normal business hours.  A night drop is located west of the drive thru window for after hour payments.

We are pleased to offer online bill payment service. It’s the safe and secure way to pay your utility bill from the comfort of your home or business.

We accept cash, check, money order and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit/debit cards as well as an assortment of ATM cards.

Automatic bank drafting of your utility bill is available from a checking or savings account. Please complete the Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form and return it to the Utility Billing Office. We are pleased to offer this service at no cost to you.

Accounts with a past due balance are subject to late penalties and accounts with a past due balance not paid within three weeks of the due date are subject to service interruption and additional charges.
